gather your founding women
don't overthink this part. this could be you best friend or someone you just met. all that matters is finding a person or people who are also interested in intentional conversation and investing in other women. remember that many people want the opportunity to be a part of the conversation if given the opportunity.
start a manifesto
check out the top of the screen to see the beginning of ours. we simply grabbed a sheet or grid paper and started dreaming away about what we wanted and how we could do it. you can approach loosely like we did or make an official mission statement. here is a helpful guide that shows how to write a mission statement for companies that can also be applied in this situation.
pick your topics

start talking
